Shipping Policy
Our Order Processing, Shipping and Delivery:
Sunriver Botanicals is happy to offer a $5 flat shipping rate via USPS. We ship to U.S. states, except Idaho, Mississippi, Nebraska and South Dakota.
Normal order processing from the time you order until we ship your package can take up to three (3) business days (Monday – Friday). Upon shipment, you will receive an email with your shipment tracking information.
Orders delivered within the 48 contiguous states can take 3-6 business days from the time of ordering, depending on delivery location. Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii may take an additional 2-3 business days for delivery. Please note that orders could arrive in multiple packages.
Return Policy
Customer care is our keystone, so your satisfaction is very important to us.
Our products are tested for quality and shipments are inspected. If you have any problems or find your product to be damaged upon receipt, we will replace it or provide credit. Please contact us immediately with the order number and a detailed description of the damage or issue.
