CBD Oil Tincture dose recommendations:
Drop 1/2 ml of tincture oil under your tongue. After about 35 to 40 minutes, observe how you feel and gauge whether to take more CBD oil.
If you desire more, take an additional 1/4 ml every 15 to 20 minutes. Observe for increased calm and relaxation.

CBD Oil is best taken orally. Sunriver CBD Oil Tinctures are unflavored. While they work without any flavor additives, some prefer to follow dosing with a favorite drink. Shake the CBD Oil Tincture well before using. Place the tincture under your tongue for 30-60 seconds before you swallow. This helps the CBD to better absorb.
