CBD Oil Tincture dose recommendations:
Drop 1/2 ml of tincture oil under your tongue. It should start to kick in after about 35 to 40 minutes. From there, observe how you feel and gauge whether to take more CBD oil.
If you desire more, take an additional 1/4 ml every 15 to 20 minutes until you achieve the desired result. You should feel calm and relaxed.
The total amount you take to reach your “sweet spot” should be your starting dose next time.
CBD Salve recommendations:
Massage a small amount onto the sore or inflamed area – a little goes a long way. Once it’s absorbed into your skin (approximately 2 – 20 minutes) you should be able to feel it working.
CBD Balm recommendations:
Roll a small amount onto sore areas or apply to temples, neck or pulse points for headache or tension relief. Allow a few moments (2 – 20 minutes) for absorption, at which point you should feel it working.
For optimum relief, use consistently; 2-3 times daily or as needed until symptoms are alleviated.
Choosing the potency that’s right for you is typically based on body size and the severity of the condition that you are looking to alleviate.

CBD Oil is most effective when taken orally to alleviate ailments such as anxiety, pain and inflammation, headaches/migraines, and insomnia/sleep challenges. Sunriver CBD Oil Tinctures are unflavored. While they work without any flavor additives, some prefer to follow dosing with a favorite drink. Shake the CBD Oil Tincture well before using. Place the tincture under your tongue for 30-60 seconds before you swallow. This helps the CBD to absorb more effectively.
Sunriver Botanicals CBD Salve is intended for topical application to address localized discomfort and inflammation, such as joint pain, arthritis, or muscle soreness from injury or physical exertion, and/or skin irritation. Massage the salve directly onto the affected areas as needed or daily. Consistent use may optimize relief.
Sunriver Botanical’s CBD Balm for the Body is intended for topical application to potentially alleviate muscle or joint discomfort, such as discomfort associated with injury, or soreness after exercise, muscle tension, and/or headaches.
